Dishwasher

Role

• Wash the dishes, glassware and utensils by hand or using a dishwashing machine.
• Scour the casseroles.
• Polish and shine the utensils and glassware if necessary.
• Keep the kitchen clean (floors, equipment, supplies).
• Prepare food in accordance with La Piazzetta standards.
