Role

Wash the dishes, glassware and utensils by hand or using a dishwashing machine.
Scour the casseroles.
Polish and shine the utensils and glassware if necessary.
Keep the kitchen clean (floors, equipment, supplies).
Prepare food in accordance with La Piazzetta standards.
