Role

• Make courteous initial contact with the customer, in person or by phone.
• Assign a table to customers based on their wishes.
• Answer the telephone.
• Use Maître D’ (place orders, take payments).
• Manage takeout orders on the various platforms.
• Appropriately manage online and telephone reservations.
• Set up the supplies for takeout orders.

Requirements

• Be driven by the love and passion of the craft and have excellent teamwork skills.
• Show a positive attitude.
• Listen, have good people skills and a good sense of humour.
• Be kind, respectful, honest and punctual.
• Know how to manage your stress.
• Be available and have a flexible schedule.
• Have at least one year of experience in a similar work environment.
