- Make courteous initial contact with the customer, in person or by phone.
- Assign a table to customers based on their wishes.
- Answer the telephone.
- Use Maître D’ (place orders, take payments).
- Manage takeout orders on the various platforms.
- Appropriately manage online and telephone reservations.
- Set up the supplies for takeout orders.
- Be driven by the love and passion of the craft and have excellent teamwork skills.
- Show a positive attitude.
- Listen, have good people skills and a good sense of humour.
- Be kind, respectful, honest and punctual.
- Know how to manage your stress.
- Be available and have a flexible schedule.
- Have at least one year of experience in a similar work environment.
