Role

• Prepare the mise en place based on projected demand.
• Keep the kitchen and related areas clean and in good order.
• Oversee the preparation, cooking and presentation of the recipes in accordance with La Piazzetta standards.
• Strictly enforce hygiene and cleanliness standards.
• Maintain and adapt to the pace of ordering.
